Adult and Public Classes
WELCOME! We would love to have you join us in class! Whether you thought dance would be fun to try, if you danced through high school, or just looking for a different kind of workout, we have a class to suit you. We offer 3 levels of ballet: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. As well as Barre: Strength and Conditioning, and Pilates, which consist of a low-impact, high-intensity, full body workout.
We hope to see you soon!
For those who do not have any ballet experience and are looking to get started, beginner ballet will restart with a fresh session starting September 8th, 2025.
